78Tamio Futa, 93, of Kula, Maui, an owner and operator of Futa Lures, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Stanley, Stephen, Gerald and Dwayne; daughter Sheryl Futa-Kong; brothers Shinji, Roy and Suna; sister Kyoko Mizota; 16 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
