Clifford Dennis "Cliff" Cooper, 94, of Kailua, an entrepreneur, died in Kailua. He was born in Strong City, Okla. He is survived by wife Louisa S.; sons Dennis, Richard and Courtney; daughter Cindy Reding; stepsons George and James Witter; stepdaughters Martha and Elizabeth Witter; and 10 grandchildren.
