Tseng Yuan Chen, 90, of Honolulu, a retired president of TCC International, died. She was born in China. She is survived by sons Steve, Edward and Wayne; and six grandchildren. Chinese services: 9 a.m. Wednesday at Nuuanu Memorial Park and Mortuary.
