Rollo Lee Lewellen
ROLLO LEE LEWELLEN 78, of Maile, Hawaii passed away June 14, 2010. He was born to Alice and Albert Lee Lewellen May 18, 1932 in Cedar City Utah. Served as a Staff Sergeant in The U.S. Marine Corp at Camp LeJeune, North Carolina. Graduated from the University of Utah with Bachelor of Science Degree in 1954 Received a Certificate in Data Processing in 1963, Master of Science in 1979 and a Doctorate of Philosophy in Computer Science in 1980. Recognized by The Marquis Who's Who in the World in Data Processing (as a computer scientist) 1968, Who's Who in the West (as a businessman) in 1991 and Who's Who in the World (scientist of note) in 1997. As an active member of Rotary since 1952, he was also a recipient of the Paul Harris Fellow. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Jean Lewellen. Daughters - Terry Lutje, Cindy Lewellen-Tagavilla , Jill Lewellen-Aiona. Son - Kris Lewellen. Grandchildren - Dawnell Goodin, Michael Smith, Jedidiah Lewellen, Lucas Lewellen and Laneika Tagavilla. Great Grandchildren - Amica and Alexa Furno, Stryder and Korbyn Lewellen, Nila Goodin and Kingston Tagavilla-Ragonjan. A private ceremony will be held at Nanakuli Beach Park on Saturday Oct 23, 2010 at 10:30a.m. Friends welcome.
