Chad Andrew Bridges, 35, of Waialua died in Wahiawa. He was born in San Luis Obispo, Calif. He is survived by daughter Shylah, father Mike, mother Jan Wilkinson, stepfather Dave Wilkinson, brother Dustin, sister Courtney Eugenio and stepbrothers Brian and Kevin Wilkinson. No services.
