Claude Holt Doughtie, 82, of Kailua, a retiree, died in Kailua. He was born in Macon, Ga. He is survived by wife Maureen G. and daughters Maureen Kiely and Sharon M. Doughtie-Kramer. Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe. Casual or aloha attire. No flowers. Donations suggested to Hospice Hawaii.
