James K. Togami, 84, of Naalehu, Hawaii, a retired mechanical engineer for New Mexico State University Physical Science Laboratory and an Air Force veteran, died in Pohai Malama. He was born in Blanca, Colo. He is survived by wife Elaine, daughter Denise, son Shane, sister Marie Nakayama, brothers Paul and Joe, and a grandchild. Traditional Hawaiian services: 4 p.m. Sunday at South Point, Kau, Hawaii. In lieu of flowers, donations suggested to Hospice of Hilo.
