81Mitzi M. Miyakawa, 94, of HonoÂlulu, a retired dental office manager, died in Wahiawa General Hospital. She was born in Tacoma, Wash. She is survived by son Mark; daughters Cynthia Kawabata and Monica Yamaguchi; brother Richard Ohashi; sisters Elsie Ohashi, Helen Ferguson, Marie Matsukawa and Joan Lee; six grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
