Ruby Colena Souther, 89, of Honolulu, an executive administrator, died in Honolulu. She was born in Orlando, Okla. She is survived by stepsons Wallace and Delmer Sills, and Joseph Souther; stepdaughters Beverly D. Dell and Judith D.
