Loreto Encarnacion Islao, 62, of Wahiawa died in Wahiawa. He was born in Sinait, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by wife Ofelia B.; son Julius; mother Filomena E.; brothers Ludivico, Eduardo, Windalino and Leonard; sister Cresencia I. Pompa; and two grandchildren.
