75Melanio Ulapani Unciano, 94, of Waipahu, a retired civil service roofer and roofing contractor, died in Manila. He was born in Magsingal, Ilocos Sur, Philippines. He is survived by sons Edwin A. and Francisco P., seven grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren. Visitation: 9:30 a.m. Monday at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel. Services: 10:45 a.m. Burial: 12:30 p.m. at Mililani Memorial Park. Casual attire. Flowers welcome.
