Tatsuo Okikawa, 90, of Hanapepe, Kauai, a carpenter and an Army veteran, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. He was born in Waimea, Kauai. He is survived by sons Wade, Steven and Jerry; daughters Cheryle Oshiro and Aileen Yamamoto; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren. Private services.
