Daniel C. Silva, 83, of Sparks, Nev., a retired head custodian for Lincoln and Kapalama elementary schools and an Army veteran who served in the Korean War, died at home. He was born in Waipahu. He is survived by wife Jeanette D.; sons Kenneth, Daniel and Terry; daughters Yvonne Keliikoa and JoAnne Fox; sister Caroline Lopez; 18 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and six great-great-grandchildren. No services. No flowers.
