Elizabeth "Makalapua" Haluapo, 80, of Omao, Kauai, died in Wilcox Memorial Hospital. She was born in Ahukini, Kauai. She is survived by brothers Edward Keoho Sr., Clifford Lee and Francis and David Lam; and sister Kathy Louis. Visitation: 9 a.m. Saturday at Lihue First Church. Services: 10 a.m. Casual attire.
