Julia Florence Rodrigues, 90, of Kaneohe, a Tiki Tops Restaurant waitress, died in Castle Medical Center. She was born in Hilo. She is survived by sons Claude "Butch" and Robert "Bobby" Parks, and Charles "Dickie," William "Billy" and Paul Rodrigues; daughters Theresa "Lei" Cunningham, Judith Slater, Judy "Suckey" Skeen, Dorothy "Dottie" Rodrigues and Elizabeth "Betty" Hopkins; 48 grandchildren; 67 great-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren.
