Hiroshi Mashiyama, 81, of Hilo, a retired electrical engineer for the Navy Public Works and a former state Highways Division employee, died at home. He was born in Hilo. He is survived by daughter Dee Lee, sons Ken and Keith, and four grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
