Carol Sadako Kukahiko, 70, of Pearl City, a retired sales associate at Sears in Pearlridge, died in Aiea. She was born in Waimea, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Michael D., daughter Candace Rutkowski, brother Ronald Yamamoto and sisters Helen Orikasa and Bernice Hiraoka.
