Tomiye Toto, 85, of Mililani died in Mililani. She was born in Keaau, Hawaii. She is survived by daughters Phyllis Okamoto, Beverly Toto and Cheryl Allen; brother Yoshito Omuro; and four grandchildren. Private services.
