Stanley "Captain" Fuller Jr., 66, of Kapahulu, formerly of Waimanalo, a counselor at Kline-Welsh Behavioral Foundation, a former state sheriff, a former security officer at Waimano Home and the Kaneohe State Hospital, and an Army veteran who served in Vietnam, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by wife Cathy; sons Stanley III, Samuel and Sloan "Lanakila"; daughters Shyanne Fuller, Paige Pai and Shaunte' Nobriga; mother Lehua; brothers Kimo, Steven, Leslie and Kalani; sisters Carlotta Kidder, Annette Knell, Paulette Eli, Hulali Vares, Mapuana and Donna May Fuller, and Kaipo Adachi; 13 grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
