Winona Kuulei Salavea, 71, of Waipahu, a homemaker, died in the Queen's Medical Center West. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by sons Robert, Piliopo, Sefo M., Paletasala and Jeremiah A.K.; daughters Letia and Rita; stepsons Matulino and Polo Atumata, and Matuenga Meager; stepdaughters Katerina Mika, Sovita Maiava and Fia Lau; sister Pearl Palimoo; 31 grandchildren; and 24 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Friday at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Waipahu. Mass at noon. Private burial. Red attire. Flowers welcome.
