Hajime "Jimmy" Uyeki, 90, of Hilo, a retired Hawaii County Fire Department battalion chief and Hilo Aikido Club instructor, died in Life Care Center of Hilo. He was born in Kapoho, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Jane and sister Julie. Visitation: 4 p.m. Saturday at Dodo Mortuary, Hilo. Services: 5 p.m. Casual attire.
