Charles T. Takase, 99, of Pearl City, an Army veteran who served with the 442nd Regimental Combat Team and the 522nd Field Artillery Battalion, and a retired electronics mechanic at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, died in Honolulu. He was born in Wahiawa. He is survived by daughters Carrolyn Emoto and Cathy Kaji, sister Lucille, and a grandchild. Private services.
