74James Kawika "Kimo" Kamakana, 33, of Kahuku, a Turtle Bay Resort security officer, died in Kahuku Hospital. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by mother Janice; stepfather Kenneth Phillips; sisters Jessica Mallard, Jacqueline Totten and Jamie-Lynn Ibara; and grandmother Elizabeth.
