DR. BERT YUKIO HAYASHI Age 94, of Honolulu, passed away peacefully on July 4, 2015. Born April 27, 1921, he served as Pres. of the Hawai'i Dental Assoc. (1979) & was a trustee for the American Dental Assoc. (1985-1991). He was DG of the Lions Clubs Int'l, Pres. of the Eye Found. of Hawai'i, & a veteran of WWII. He enjoyed fishing, golfing, & traveling with family. He is survived by his wife, Clara; & sons, Gerald & Craig; sister, Amy Nishijima; 3 grandchildren & 3 great-grandchildren. Visitation: 3pm Sat. (Aug. 8) at Hosoi Garden Mortuary Service: 4pm (casual attire).
