He is survived by brothers, Pedro (Monica) Layugan, Sr., Rodolfo (Rufina) Layugan, Dionicio (Estela) Layugan; sisters, Helen Sampiano, Delia (Benjamin) Pascua. Visitation 6:00 p.m. Sunday (Nov 8) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; wake service 7:00 p.m. Visitation also 8:30 a.m. Monday (Nov 9) at Mililani Mortuary Mauka Chapel; prayer service 9:30 a.m. Burial 11:00 a.m. at Mililani Memorial Park.
