Caleigha Jean Anipulewa Fernandez, infant daughter of Jeanise Miller and Cody Fernandez of Honokaa, Hawaii, died in North Hawaii Community Hospital. She was born in Kamuela, Hawaii. She is also survived by grandparents Colleen Badon, Barbara Moran and Randy Fernandez; and great-grandparents Rose Levita and Harold Fernandez.
