Jean Miyoko Higaki, 84, of Aiea, a retired cashier for the State of Hawaii, Ewa District Court, died in Pali Momi Medical Center. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Ross J., daughters Jill H. Shigano and Janis N. Higaki, sister Audrey Yoshinaga and three grandchildren. Private services. No monetary offerings.
