John Hung Kai Leong Jr., 70, of Makawao, Maui, an Army veteran, died. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sons Keone and Garrett; brothers Meldon, Calvin and Larry; sisters Lenora and Lynne Leong and Leatrice Hoy; and six grandchildren. Visitation: 10 a.m. Saturday at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Pukalani, Maui. Service: 11 a.m. Burial: 2 p.m. Nov. 23 at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery, Kaneohe.
