Vicky Maxima Followell, 60, of Kapolei, a head counselor at the Women's Community Correctional Center with Hina Mauka, died in Honolulu. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by son Christopher Juan-Followell; daughter Danielle; mother Bienvenida Juan; brothers Fuji, Richard and Ben Juan; sister Gloria Juan; and five grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary. Services: 11:30 a.m.
