Philip Berry Haff, 84, of Honolulu, a retired AT&T public relations manager and a Navy veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Orange, N.J. He is survived by wife Susan Montague, daughters Lynn M. Haff and Laura B. Hall, sister Christi Rowinski and two grandchildren. Private services.
