Marcial Tingkang, also known as "Masa" and "Mike," 85, of Honolulu, a retired federal civil service employee, an Army veteran and a Purple Heart recipient, died in St. Francis Hospice, Nuuanu. He was born in Waimalu. He is survived by wife Ann and brother Steven. Services: 11:30 a.m. Jan. 31 at Nuuanu Memorial Park & Mortuary.
