Tsutomu "Nick" Nekoba, 90, of Hilo, owner of the former T. Nekoba Store and an Army veteran, died in Yukio Okutsu State Veterans Home. He was born in Pepeekeo, Hawaii. He is survived by brother Atsushi and adopted brother Noboru. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
