Robert Clifton Howe, 83, of Kailua and Kingman, Ariz., a retired civil service employee, supply administrator at Pearl Harbor and Marine Corps Base Hawaii and an Air Force veteran stationed in Japan, died in Kingman. He was born in Washington Courthouse, Ohio. He is survived by wife Roweana, son Keith and brother Loren. Visitation: 11 a.m. March 1 at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific, Punchbowl, upper committal site, open patio niche area. Service: 11:30 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
