Dr. Denis Kiyoshi Teraoka, 98, of Honolulu, a retired dentist and a retired Army captain for the 442nd Regimental Combat Team, 100th Infantry Battalion Company D, died in Hi'olani Care Center at Kahala Nui. He was born in Paauhau, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Joy, sons Dr. Douglas and Dr. Jeffrey, daughter Denise, brother Muneo, sister Jeanne M. Katayama, four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Visitation: 4 p.m. March 7 at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service: 5 p.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
