Judson Gary Banks Jr., 90, of Kailua, a real estate broker and a Navy veteran, died in Kailua. He was born in Sedelia, Mo. He is survived by wife LeLoy; daughters Randa Milljour, Leslie Miles, Nancy Uglietta and Susan Valentin; five grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
