David Brian Batangan, 58, of Waipahu, an Army veteran, died at home. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by brothers Michael and Steven, and sisters Andie and Catherine Batangan, and Carol Batangan- Rivera. Visitation: 10 a.m. April 14 at Borthwick Mortuary.
