Frank Oliwa Kahahane Jr., 69, of Lahaina died in Maui Memorial Medical Center. He is survived by daughters Melia Kahahane, Linda La'anui and Lori Wallace; sons Steve and Fernando Nolan; and sisters Linda Akhavan and JoAnn Kahahane.
