George Masazumi Matsumoto, 83, of Honolulu, a retired George M. Matsumoto and Associates food facilities design consultant and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Aiea. He is survived by wife Hiroko, son John S., daughter Lisa Y. Kikuta, three grandchildren and three step-grandchildren. Private services.
