80Richard George Turlington Sr., 75, of Kapolei, a technical director at the Pacific Missile Range Facility in Barking Sands, Kauai, died in Kapolei. He was born in Sebastian, Fla. He is survived by wife Elizabeth; sons Richard Jr., Charles and Robert; daughter Alicia; brother Edwin; sisters Genice Dickerson and Gwenda DeBerry; and four grandchildren.
