Jerry Sakuju Azama, 91, of Kaneohe, a Gerber Baby Food sales representative and an Army veteran, died in Honolulu. He was born in Kaneohe. He is survived by wife Doris S.; sons Rodney S., Wesley J. and Kevin R.; daughters Lori Y. Yamada and Gemey R. Ogata; sisters Nancy S. Takata and Hazel Nakama; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Visitation: 10:30 a.m. June 28 at Hawaiian Memorial Park Mortuary.
