Kenneth Charles Bugado Sr., 72, of Ookala, Hawaii, a retired Department of Parks and RecreationHoolulu Complex building maintenance worker, a carpenter for t he former Hamakua Sugar Co. and Hamakua Housing, and an Army veteran, died in Hilo Medical Center. He was born in Honokaa, Hawaii. He is survived by wife Barbara "Bobbie," sons Kenneth Jr. and Brian, daughter Michelle, brothers Frank Jr. and Phillip Sr., and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 17 at Dodo Mortuary. Services: 11 a.m. Casual attire. No flowers.
