76Siamouli P. "Sam" Toa Jr., 78, of Waipahu, a retired Ono Construction foreman, died in Waipahu. He was born in Ta'u Manu'a, American Samoa. He is survived by wife Naoupulani, son Andrew S., daughters Fati Yamasaki and Palavale Tuaolo, and two grandchildren. Visitation: 9 a.m. Sept. 20 at Mililani Mortuary-Waipio, makai chapel.
