ROLAND JAMES SUMILE, SR. Age 76, of Wahiawa, HI, passed away July 8, 2016 in Wahiawa. Born November 18, 1939 in Waialua, HI. Retired accountant from First Insurance Company of Hawaii, Ltd. and served in the Hawaii Army National Guard. Preceded in death by sister, Paula Ann Sumile and late wife, Valmar Rosa Sumile. He is survived by wife, Lucy Domagsac Sumile; children, Roland Sumile, Jr., Rena (Bill Delaney) Sumile, Russell (Roselle) Sumile; step-son, Donato Martinez; brothers, Ray (Hazel) Sumile, Guy (Thelma) Sumile; sister, Theresa (William) Banks; granddaughters, Taylor Sumile, Kylie-Rose Sumile. Visitation 10:00 a.m. Saturday (September 24) at St. Michael Catholic Church (67-390 Goodale Ave., Waialua); Service 11:00 a.m. Inurnment Monday, Sept. 26, 2016 11:30 a.m. at National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific.
