Carl C. Belin Jr., 80, of Kailua, a retired Oahu Construction Co. supervisor, died in Kaneohe. He was born in Arkansas. He is survived by wife Concepcion; son Carl; daughters Marcia Kealohi, Pearlie Benito, Sheila Montayre and Carla Jacobs; brother Carroll Dwayne; 19 grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
