Edmund Louis "Eddie" Almeida, 87, of Honolulu, a retired U.S. customs agent and Pan American Airlines operations supervisor and an Army sergeant, died in Palolo Chinese Home. He was born in Makawao, Maui. He is survived by wife Vicky H., son Ward-Brian M., daughter Tessie R. Yamamura, sister Linda Wetzel, five grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Private services.
