73Peter Leong Chang Jr., 59, of Honolulu, an employee of the U.S. Department of Defense and the Navy's Fleet and Industrial Supply Center in Pearl Harbor and a former employee at Tripler Army Medical Center and the Internal Revenue Service, died in Honolulu. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by sisters Patricia Pruett and Glenora Reynolds. Private services.
