82Irene Sachiko Onizuka Starkey, 82, of Keopu, Hawaii, a retired Kona Hilton Resort executive front office manager, died at home. She was born in Kealakekua, Hawaii. She is survived by sons Robert, William and Edward Schoeppner; daughter Donna Keliipio; brother James Onizuka; sister Peggy Daikoku; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. Visitation: 4 p.m. Monday at Kona Koyasan Daishiji Mission in Holualoa. Services: 5 p.m.
