Gerald D. Wong, 71, of Lakewood, N.Y., a retired captain of Honolulu Fire Department’s Rescue One and an Air Force veteran, died. He was born in Lihue. He is survived by wife Patty; sons Daven and Darren; daughters Stephanie Wong, and Erin M. and Nicole Lindberg-Wong; brother Lorrin; sisters Judy Wong and Beverly Engcabo; and four grandchildren. Services in New York.
