Hiroshi Kawamoto, 92, of Santa Cruz, Calif., a retired water treatment plant operator and an Army veteran who served in World War II, died in California. He was born in Honolulu. He is survived by son Alan, daughters Susan Okada and Lynn Franklin, sisters Hanako Marubayashi and Shigeko Nakamura, and seven grandchildren. Visitation: 5 p.m. Sunday at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Services: 6 p.m. Aloha attire. No flowers. In lieu of monetary offerings, donations suggested to American Heart Association, Honolulu chapter.
