Doris Yoshiko Nishimura, 99, of Honolulu, a retired Maunalani Nursing Center diet kitchen supervisor, died in Maunalani Nursing Home. She was born in Waimea, Hawaii. She is survived by husband Ivan; sons Stanley, Keith and Glenn; daughter La Vern Kumai; and four grandchildren. Private services. No flowers. No monetary offerings.
